I am willing to give free piano lessons to the student. In some degree, i prefer giving piano lessons over teaching them school work.
I used to teach teenagers playing the piano while in high school for two years and piano performance is what I do. I can teach them in both Chinese and English. There are lots of kids learning piano at SiChuan as I know of. If the student prefers to have a piano lesson with me instead of having a conversation lesson, we can use cellphone or skype kind of instant messenger to communicate.
I also clicked on couple choices on teaching targets and communication frequency which provides matching team broader options to match a student up with me. Hope that somewhat helps.
