“四川老师”“国际互助网”联手为灾区儿童服务

 “为中国而教”项目2007年5月成立于北京师范大学“农民之子——中国农村发展促进会”，2008年9月归属于联合国教科文组织与中国教育部共同在北京师范大学成立的国际农村教育研究与培训中心。

项目设计：

1.严格程序招募有理想的优秀大学生；2.安置在农村学校任教2年 为农村儿童提供良好的教育机会；3.基于农村教育环境进行针对性的跟踪培训： 熟悉教学工作和适应农村生活的岗前培训，假期分阶段进行领导力综合培训，任教期间定期就各项能力及遇到的问题进行集中交流和培训，配备资深教师对教学工作进行跟踪指导，配备督导协助解决教学、生活等问题 来自企业资深人士的职业规划指导；4.使大学生2年后成为以下能力突出的杰出人才： 沟通协作能力 工作计划性和有效性 对自我及对时间管理的能力 良好的学习习惯和自我学习能力 灵活、创新、适应变化 激励和带动他人的能力5.组建校友会网络 杰出的毕业生在社会各领域持续反馈社会

你将任教的地点：安徽省涡阳县，江苏省启东市吕四镇

 你的工作职责：

1、 在合作学校持续执教2年； 2、 承担一至多门学科的日常教学工作； 3、 定期进行工作总结和反思； 4、 设计和实施符合学生成长需要和农村社区需求的课程和项目。 你还可以在合作学校的支持下进行以下教学创新尝试，例如：  跟踪记录小学一年级学生从入校开始，由学前儿童向小学生角色转变时的心理和行为变化，以总结教育规律供小学教师使用；  由2-3名志愿者教师承包一个教学班，充分进行教学创新；  创建儿童成长档案；  在学校组建各类学生社团，组织丰富的学生活动，培养学生的信心、思维品质、创新精神和动手能力等。

你的收获：

The “Teach for China” project was founded in May 2007 at BeijingNormalUniversity during the “Children of Peasants – Promotion of Chinese Rural Development Conference,” and in September 2008 UNESCO and the Chinese Department of Education created the international rural education research and training center at BeijingNormalUniversity.

Project Design:

1. Strict procedures for the recruitment of outstanding college students; 2. Make arrangements for 2 years of teaching responsibility in rural schools, to provide rural children with a high quality education opportunity; 3. Using the rural education conditions as a base, carry out targeted follow-up training: familiarizing with teaching work and adapting to rural life pre-job training; the holidays will be split into phases for comprehensive leadership training; set times during the teaching period to communicate and train based on ability and problems encountered during the project; provide experienced teachers with follow-up guidance for teaching work; provide assistance to supervisors for solving teaching and life matters by means of career planning guidance from experienced people; 4. Make sure that student’s become exceptional in the falling abilities: communication and cooperation, work planning and effectiveness, personal time management, study habits and self-study ability, flexible, innovative, adaptable, inspired, and able to lead; 5. Set up an alumni association network for outstanding graduates to continue giving back to society in various fields.

Where you will teach:  AnhuiProvince, Guoyang county; Jiangsu province Qidong city, town of Lusi

Your work responsibilities:

Teach for a continuous 2 years in the partner school; 2. Be responsible for the daily teaching work for one or more subjects; 3. Perform work summaries and analysis at scheduled times; 4. Design and implement classes and projects that fulfill student growth and rural society’s requirements.  You can also perform the innovative teaching experiments at the partner school, for example: Track and record the grade one primary school students from when they start school, including the change from pre-school to primary school in terms of psychology and behavior, to summarize educational laws for primary school teachers to use;  create children growth archives; have 2-3 volunteer teachers be responsible for one class and be full of innovation; set up various student organizations at the school, organize student activities, cultivate student confidence, thinking quality, innovative spirit and work ability, etc.
