Intermediate degree of English proficiency is required if I am to be most useful. I have taught college and graduate students in China before and that worked out very well, but I am fine with high school or middle school students, as well. I do not have video chat capability at this time, however. Skype and IM would be best. Also, my quitting date is arbitrary. I'm happy to work for however long. I will likely visit but I cannot say when at this time.
