复新学校简介 复新志愿者学校是一所由社会爱心人士集资而成的由志愿者管理的非营利性机构。学校位于安徽省亳州市涡阳县高公镇吕湖村，学校周围环境优美，有整齐的道旁树，春风中飘扬的杨絮，麦子成熟前丰收的味道，以及杨树叶子影下孩童般天真的笑容。
针对当地的特殊的人文环境以及农村留守儿童的生活条件和学习情况，学校旨在探索研究一种激发同学兴趣的教学方法，培养学生的实际生存技能和动手能力，加强对农村孩子的素质教育。学校是“为中国而教”项目的试点，并且在积极进行课改，吸取国内外同类学校的先进的教学方法。同时，学校也注重对志愿者未来职业能力的培养，提供参加管理工作的种种机会。

职位描述：
二年的志愿者教师，同时我们也欢迎，志愿者服务人员担任学校的行政服务工作，照顾学生的学习和生活。带领学生开展各种活动，要求服务期限至少半年。
报名条件：
1. 具有大学以上文凭，能胜任至少两门的初中学科的教学工作以及班级管理工作。 2. 为了学校和学生，适应较长的工作时间。我们需要志愿者的爱心，但是我们更需要作为老师的兢兢业业。 3. 具有很强的动手能力，胜任各种工作。我们不仅是老师，而且还是员工，需要做多种工作。 4. 主动和学校志愿者进行思想交流沟通。您要加入的是一个团队，沟通交流是第一步。 5. 适应学校的以及农村的生活生存环境。我们地处偏远的农村，存在着各种不便，但是我们会竭诚为您的到来服务。

Teach for America was founded nearly 20 years ago to provide teachers for low-income communities. Currently it is the most popular teaching program for college students to join. Teach Future China is modeled after Teach for America and hopes to train talented college graduates to teach in rural areas. Fuxin Volunteer School is Teach Future China’s training site.
Fuxin volunteer school is a school founded by philanthropic kind-hearted volunteers and is managed by a non-profit organization. The School is locate at Gao Gong Zhen Lv Hu village, Guo Yang district, Haozhou City, Anhui Province. The school’s surroundings are beautiful, there are roads lined with orderly trees, the branches gently sway in the spring breeze, the smell of ripening wheat wafts by, and under the shadow of poplar trees children laugh innocently.
The school focuses on teaching methods that will specifically address the needs of rural students left behind in the villages, keeping in mind the local culture. The School is the training ground for “Teach Future China”. Students at Fuxin Volunteer School will urgently alter teaching methods from lecturing to a more interactive method. They will learn how to enhance the quality of education for rural children. They will study and explore stimulating teaching methods. It will foster skills necessary for student’s to succeed in various occupations and give them management skills for work.
In 2008 the school became a “Teach Future China” practice base project, it always has had to count on Hong Kong One Heart [Yishin] non-profit organization’s and Nandu non-profit organization’s solid support, and tried to organize activities together. At the school you can interact with university students from universities all over china, allowing you to be exposed to different ideas, and diverse cultures. Different cultures are all working together in trying to achieve this project. High speed internet makes it convenient for you to keep abreast of the direction in which the world is developing; more importantly it will give you the space to independently develop.
An introduction to “Teach Future China”
“Teach Future China” references “Teach for America”’s beliefs and its successful record, sending many college graduates to rural villages to teach for two years, providing them with continuous and systematic training, fostering and gathering talented college graduates who care about education, thus helping to improve China!
International Rural Education Research and Training Center under UNESCO organized Teach Future China. Teach Future China relies on other non profit organizations etc and other institutions and individuals to help finance the public training programs.

Job Description: Volunteer to teach for two years. We also welcome volunteers who are willing to take on a school’s administrative work and volunteers who are willing to look after student’s education and daily life needs. Volunteers will lead students in launching different activities. Volunteers must volunteer for at least six months.
Application Conditions:
- Must at least have a college degree. Must be qualified to teach at least two junior high subjects and be able to manage one class of students.
- Volunteers must adapt to long working hours for the school and students. While we appreciate the warm heartedness of a volunteer, more importantly we need the traits of a good teacher.
- Must be able to take on a variety of work and to take the initiative, to be self-motivated. Not only do you need to be a teacher, but you must be willing to take on other duties as well.
- Must be able to initiate communication with other school volunteers and work to exchange ideas. You will become part of a team; communicating with each other is the first step to becoming a team.
- Volunteers are expected to adapt to the living conditions of the school and rural life. We are located in remote rural areas with the inconveniences associated with rural areas, but we will sincerely try to meet volunteer’s needs and conditions.
