泓德中育教育机构招募灾区支教志愿者 (HongDeZhongYu Volunteers Recruitment)
泓德中育教育机构成立于2006年，是一家以促进教育公平、推动社会进步为宗旨的民间公益组织，致力于西部农村教育研究和农村基层教师培训工作。“5.12大地震”后迅速成立了“灾害地区重建泓德成都办公室”，为灾区中小学提供志愿教育与心理辅导项目，同时在学校周边社区的群众的心理辅导、个性化需求及灾后生产自救式重建等方面给予相应帮助。
泓德中育教育机构长期招募赴灾区支教的志愿者，现根据学校需要招募以下的志愿者：
招募人员数量：
7-8名志愿者（服务期限至少一个月）
志愿者招募对象：
在校大学生及社会人士，性别不限，年龄不限，能担任体育、音乐、美术老师者、具有教士资格证书、心理学知识以及四川本地志愿者优先
志愿者工作内容：
学生教学（小学，另外为保障学生学习的连贯性，主要是美术、音乐、体育等副科）；针对师生及群众灾后心理咨询、调整和抚慰工作；与当地基层社区联合手机当地生产自救信息；与学校协调选派心理学专、兼职教师到成都培训等。

HongDeZhongYu Education Organization, founded in 2006, is a civil public-welfare organization that aims at improving the equity of education and the development of the society. The organization endeavors to do researches of rural education in Western China and to train rural teachers. Right after the “5.12 WenChuan Earthquake”, we set up “Office of Rebuilding Disaster Area” in ChengDu immediately. Our main work is providing voluntary education and psychological services to primary and secondary schools in SiChuan. We also help offer psychological service to people in peripheral communities, meet their individual needs and organize post-disaster save-oneself-by-production.
Our organization recruits volunteers to support education in disaster area in a long term. Now we need 7 to 8 volunteers who can serve for at least one month. Anyone (either undergraduates or social professionals) can apply for this program, regardless of age and gender. Those who can teach lessons like Physical Education, Music and Art, or who have a qualification of teaching or knowledge of psychology are preferred. The voluntary work involves teaching, providing psychological service to teachers and students as well as other people, collecting information of save-oneself-by-production as well as selecting local teachers for training programs in ChengDu.
