“四川老师”“国际互助网”联手为灾区儿童服务

项目背景：2008年6月，中国儿童基金会联络到北京通州区的树人瑞贝私立学校学校，树人瑞贝接受安置了所有126名贫困山区的羌族学生。（几乎所有的儿童都在地震中失去了父母中的一个或两个人。）孩子们给了他们这个特殊的班级一个特殊的名字：蜀萌尔玛。在过去的一年中，树人瑞贝学校的教职工为保证这些儿童的身心健康和教育教学奉献着自己的力量。但是树人学校目前无法筹集足够的资金来继续蜀萌尔玛项目。

项目目标：为这些宝贵而又特殊的126名羌族儿童提供稳定健康的生活环境，使他们尽快抚平身心创伤，走上健康成长的道路，担负起传承羌族种族和文化传统的希望。
短期目标：让这些孩子继续在蜀萌尔玛班这个大家庭生活至少一年，避免在他们依旧脆弱的时期再度经受失去家园的打击。
长期目标：树人瑞贝学校在培养弱势群体儿童完成高中学业进入大学方面保持着100%的成功率。只要儿童的基本费用得到解决，学校校长表示愿意继续照管该项目中的儿童，直到他们高中毕业。

受捐助儿童背景：
126名儿童均来自受地震打击最严重的地区，年龄从8岁到18随不等。
民族：104名羌族，12名藏族，9名汉族，1名回族

项目时间展望：
距离所有儿童高中毕业大概还有0--8年时间（平均3.5年）

筹款目标：
100%所筹善款将直接用于儿童教育生活经费。累计计算，平均每名儿童每个月需要2，000元人民币，每年需要24，000元人民币。
截至2010年6月，所有126名儿童需要总额315万人民币，为所有126名儿童完成高中学业大约需要1100万人民币，覆盖8年时间。

Program Background:
In June 2008, China Children Teenagers' Fund reached out to the Shuren-Ribet Private School in Tongzhou District, Beijing. The School agreed to accept all 126 impoverished children survivors from the earthquake, most of whom lost one or both parents. The children named their new family at school:"ShuMeng-ErMa", meaning "hope in Sichuan for Qiang sons and daughters". In the past years, the teachers, administrators and volunteers at the Shuren-Ribet school have worked tirelessly to meet the complex physical, emotional and educational needs of these children. But the school has been unable to raise enough funds to cover their basic costs.

Program Object:
To provide a stable and nurturing environment for these rare and special children to not only give them a chance to recover emotionally from their past and towards a brighter future, but to promote the survivial of Qiang Race and cultural heritage.
Short-term Goal:To keep all of the children at the school as a single family unit for at least one more year, and not to uproot them during this fragile time, while physical infrastructure continues to be rebuilt in Sichuan.
Long-term Opportunity:Shuren-Ribet School has a 100% success rate for nurturing disadvantaged children towards graduating high school and entering university. By covering the bare minimal costs for the school, the principal has agreed to keep as many children as possible in their program until they have all successfully graduated from high school.

Funding needs:
100% of thall funds raised will go directly to support the children.
Cumulative Costs accrued per child are approximately 2,000 RMB per month(~USD 300 per month) or ~24K RMB per year (~USD 3600 per year).
Funds needed until June 2010 for all 126 chilren are 3.15 million RMB (~USD 465,000)
To provide complete education an care for all 126 children until all graduate from 12th grade, approximately 11 million RMB (~USD 1.65 million)is needed over a period of 8 years.
