职位描述：
一、项目助理 1、本科以上学历，行政管理或社会科学相关专业背景； 2、至少一年以上项目相关工作经验，具有良好的项目策划/组织/实施能力； 4、了解项目财务预算，具备项目财务监管能力和经验； 5、拥有良好的对内对外沟通与协调能力和团队管理经验；英语听、说、写流畅更佳； 6、对参与式发展工作、网络建立、项目策略计划、协调工作小组、预算和财务管理有热忱、技能和经验； 7、熟练操作计算机办公软件。 二、项目社工 1、拥有社区妇女儿童、青少年方面工作经验； 2、拥有社会工作、社会学、教育专业、心理学专业等社会科学专业背景； 3、认同我中心理念和发展模式，并拥有促进社工本土化、专业化、良性发展的使命感和责任感； 4、学历在专科以上， 5、擅长网站建设和维护；

“Sunlight Home Education Studio” (referred as “the Studio”) was founded in 2008 and now is the incubator of the NPI development center. The studio dedicates to solving general social problems as the retardation in growth and development of juniors caused by the misconduct in family education. Centering on improving parents’ education ability, with the measure of constructing harmonious community and hence rebuilding the education function of communities and families, the studio helps children to live to their full potential and embrace a brighter day.
The innovation: Education is the most important financial and emotional investment, most uncontrollable, however, of a family. Effectively improving the quality of family education and reducing family investment risk is one strong demand of future family demands, which has promising prospect.

Job Discription:
Project Assistant:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in administration or sociology related fields.
2. At least 1 year working experiences in projects and good planning, organization and implementing ability.
3. Knowledge in project budgeting and ability and experience in project supervision
4. Good communication skills in both inner and outer networks and coordination ability. Previous team work experience is preferred. Fluent in listening, speaking and writing.
5. Passion for participating in developing activities, network constructions, project planning, team coordination, project budgeting and financial management, with essential skills and experience
6. Adept at Microsoft Office
Social Workers of the project:
1. Experience of women and children related community activities
2. Major background in social work, sociology, education, psychology, etc
3. Agree with the concept of self-identity and self development and have sense of responsibility to improve the professionalization, localization and development of social workers
4. Degree above bachelor
5. Good at website construction and maintenance
Requirements:
1. Major in social work, psychology, education, etc. Strong sense of responsibility
2. With creativity, logic and planning and organization ability
3. Experience of editing and promotion
4. Adept at administration and internet softwares
5. Able to work independently with active attitude and teamwork.
